The work included building placement, unit-mix studies, parking layouts, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, site access, and the integration of clubhouse, pool, green spaces, and outdoor amenity areas. Multiple building types and densities were coordinated to create distinct residential areas while maintaining efficient circulation and connectivity throughout the overall development.
